Titanium alloy has characteristics as follows: high strength,low elastic modulus,good corrosion resistance,stable performance in high temperature and low temperature.It is used to process some poor working conditions,high strength requirement of blades.Blade is a kind of typical free-form surface parts,the processing difficulty is hard,and its surface shape and manufacture of precision will affect blade work.Studying of the blade machining method will help to improve the machining precision and machining efficiency of the blade.The thesis compares the advantages and disadvantages of various processing blade method and chooses a highly efficient machining method for the experiment through the blade machining process description and analysis of processing craft.In the experiment,the research is suitable for machining titanium alloy cutting tools,used in the two kinds of cutting tool materials of machining titanium alloy YG8 cemented carbide and PCD cutting tools.Application of uniform design experiment method for machining experiment,summarizes two kinds of tool wear and abrasion.To extract two kinds of cutting tool in machining experiment according to certain cutting value of surface roughness parameters processing and pattern,analysis of two kinds of cutting tools when machining titanium alloy blade cutting parameters on surface roughness are studied.Through a large number of experimental studies concluded that YG8 cemented carbide cutting tool is only applicable to low speed and low speed cutting YG8 cemented carbide cutting stability,suitable for as the rough machining tool;PCD cutting tool hardness and heat resistance is better than that of YG8 hard,performance stability,due to the high speed cutting for a finishing tool.Through the study of the optimization of cutting parameters,using the optimized cutting parameters for processing,the surface roughness of the work out value decreases,the service life of the cutter is extended,obviously improve the machining efficiency.
