Analysis And Research On The Oil Ability Of The Thrust Head Of Self-Lubricating Vertical Sliding Bearing

Vertical thrust sliding bearing can achieve high speed and heavy load and lower wear.With the domestic industrial development,its application is more and more widely.Vertical sliding bearings generally adopt the self-lubricating.Oil hole was designed in the head pump on the bearing thrust.Centrifugal force pull the cycle of lubricating oil.Oil pump structure directly affects the bearing lubrication performance and loading capacity.If the oil pump power was insufficient,the bearing bush would be burned,even lead severe accident.In the process of the design of the vertical sliding bearing,thrust head pump oil quantity is influenced by many factors.The accurate calculation of the amount of pump oil has become a major problem in the design of vertical sliding bearing.In the article the theory of fluid dynamics was applied to develop a sliding bearing thrust head pump oil analysis software.Then,through CFD simulation and experimental research,the design calculation program was revised.The research work is of great significance to the design of the vertical thrust bearing.This article main research content:1.According to the kinematics and the theory of fluid dynamics,the vertical thrust bearing pump oil amount calculation program was written.2.According to a certain type of vertical sliding thrust bearing structure,3-d lubrication flow field model was established.The numerical simulation analysis to the thrust head of the vertical bearing was carried on by using CFD software FLUENT.First,meshed with ICEM,then,the thrust head sliding and rotating wall boundary condition was defined.The thorough analysis was carried out,and compared with the test results analysis,the correctness of the simulation model was validated,it is concluded that the thrust speed affects the amount of oil pump.3.By changing the outlet pressure,lubricant viscosity,pump oil hole and pump oil aperture,compare oil pump amount by the fixed CFD simulation model with the program calculate.Research shows that different outlet pressure and lubricant viscosity,different number of the pump oil hole and different pump oil aperture,the oil pump amount of the CFD simulation and the program calculation has a well consistency.It shows that the thrust head pump oil software can be used in the engineering design of calculation of amount of oil pump.
