Thrust sliding bearing as a key component of rotating machinery,the lubrication function of thrust sliding bearing significantly affects the performance of machine.With the rapid development of modern industry and wide application of thrust sliding bearings,more and more accidents are caused by the failure of bearing lubrication.Therefore,the research on the lubricating performance of thrust sliding bearings is more and more important.This paper uses CFD method and considering the effect of temperature on lubrication performance in the analysis,the load-bearing characteristic of slope-platform and helix-plane thrust bearings is studied.Finally,obtained the more accurate bearing load-bearing performance changes.Through numerical simulation to analyze the influence of bearing structure parameters and operating conditions on the THD of thrust sliding bearings.Results show that the slope angle,oil film thickness and rotational speed have a great influence on bearing lubrication performance.There is an ratio of pad height to the minin?m film thickness which maximizes the load capacity when the minim?m thickness of oil film is constant.The bearing capacity increases slowly with the increase of the rotation speed,and the increasing amplitude gradually becomes smaller.The THD lubrication model is used for analysis and the results are closer to the actual situation.The concept of helix-plane tile is proposed by the slope-platform tile.Using orthogonal experiment method to study the influence of structural parameters on the lubrication performance of bearing THD.Results show that bearing can obtain higher bearing capacity when helix surface is level and helix surface ratio is 0.8.The maximum bearing capacity of the bearing can be obtained when the ratio of the height of the bearing surface is 2.5.After coMParison,the bearing performance of helix-plane bearing is better than that of the slope-platform bearing.At high rotation speed,the helix-plane bearing has better working stability and lower probability of failure.Finally,the experimental test method of thrust sliding bearings is studied,and the contrast test of wear amount is comed out.
