Nowadays,with the rapid development of economy,science and technology,the construction industry is becoming more and more competitive.At the same time,the construction project is becoming large-scale and complex,which brings higher requirements for the construction and management of the project.The implementation of the construction project is a systematic engineering and resources are its basic elements.In the process of project implementation,the phenomenon that the resources requirement fluctuates and the resources requirement unbalanced emerge in endlessly.So as lead to the negative impacts of the project in all aspects,especially the aspect of achieve the cost targets.Therefore,how to combine the cost factors to optimize the allocation of various resources required by the project is very necessary.And the study of this problem also has important theoretical and practical significance.First,this paper expound the present research situation and the related basic theory,including resource balancing,network planning optimization,project cost and so on,as well as genetic algorithm for solving problems.Secondly,this paper studies the solution of the single resource leveling problem,which constructs the optimization model and analyze how to utilize the MATLAB to realize the process of solving the model by genetic algorithm.Then,based on the study of single resource leveling problem,analyze and researche the multi-resource leveling problem.And construct the optimization model with resource leveling index as the optimization target.As well as the multi-resource leveling optimization interface is designed based on GUIDE.Finally,combine the cost factor to study the multi-resource leveling optimization problem,a new variate: resource scheduling cost is proposed to solve this problem.And establish the multi-resource-cost optimization model which minimize resource scheduling cost as its target.As well as design the genetic algorithm to solve it.The model proposed in this paper has achieved good results in the example verification,and the interface based on GUIDE provides a new idea for the realization of resource leveling optimization process visualization while satisfying the experimental requirements.
