Firstly,it introduced the country's new energy policy and support of new energy development trend in recent years.Secondly,research the scale of development and the development process of forklift of our country.Have a research of current domestic and international electric forklift security system.Secondly,Have a research on lead-acid batteries of electric forklift.Introduce the basic properties and basic information on lead-acid batteries,discuss and summarize the method to assess the state of charge and the state of healthy.Find a method to assess the the state of charge and the state of healthy.There are two methods to assess the state of charge.One is state way and another is dynamic way.The state way is to find the function around state of charge and current and voltage.Considering the influence of temperature,get the function with temperature.The state of charge can be calculated.The dynamic way is using the model to observe the state of charge.The state of charge has a relationship with open circuit voltage.Use MATLAB to recognize the number of the part of model,and the parameter of the part of battery could be find.Use the observer to correct the parameter and got the dynamic solution.The state of charge can be got by dynamic parameter.There is a relationship between discharge condition and cycle times,and the relationship can be used to calculate the percent of the surplus cycle,then the state of healthy of Lead-asid batteries can be got.Finally,hardware and software code of forklift secondary security system has been design.Choosing the chip and introduce the hardware.Introduce the CAN net and get the data by can net.Change the data to image and design the image.There are also some logical analysis and design in the image display process.Finally the image show information to user.
