Shear wall structure is a common structure widely used in high-rise buildings.As the first line of defense against earthquake of coupled shear wall structure,beams damage before the wall limb when rare earthquake occurs.By the plastic hinge of the beam end rotation,beams can consume a large amount of seismic energy to achieve the purpose of protecting the wall limb.Due to the need of the layout of the construction in the actual construction process and the whole lateral stiffness requirements,the span-depth ratio of coupling beams is often small.Therefore,seismic design of relatively small cross high beams is particularly important.In this paper,we weaken the central concrete beams that means set a half-pass seam in the middle section of the coupling beam.In low intensity earthquake,the semi seam coupling beam can play a full capacity as ordinary coupling beam to ensure that the lateral stiffness of the structure.When the high-intensity earthquake occurs,concrete at the semi seam will damage first and the semi seam will be through.The upper and lower beams will withstand the earthquake effect independently,so the semi seam coupling beam converted into the double beam.The Span height ratio of the upper and lower beams will enlarge and the bending failure will occur under earthquake action to achieve the purpose of consuming seismic energy.The research content of this paper includes three aspects:(1)This paper will introduce the classification of the nonlinear analysis of ABAQUS and the solution of the nonlinear problem.C50 concrete is chosen as an example to calculate the real stress-crack strain and stress-inelastic strain and damage factor of concrete under tension for the finite element analysis of this paper.And the data are verified by the experimental data available in the literature.(2)This paper will carry out the numerical simulation by ABAQUS and respectively simulate the monolithic shear wall structure with the three section forms of coupling beam.By comparing the seismic index of the shear wall structure with the semi seam coupling beam,the double beams and the deep coupling beam,this paper will study capacity,ductility and energy dissipation capacity of single shear wall structure when the semi seam coupling beam work together with wall limb.(3)Analyze the factors affecting the seismic performance of semi seam coupling beams,such as seam height,span-depth ratio,cross diagonal reinforcement setting and concrete strength grade,so as to understand the mechanical behavior of the shear wall structure with the semi seam coupling beam.
