Distribution network is an important part of the power grid,which undertakes more than 99.9%of the customer's power supply services,and it is also an important infrastructure for the economic and social development.With the gradual deepening of power system reform and the rapid development of distributed power,the terminal power load has shown a much more complex features,it is an urgent task to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of power distribution network.Now Xi Dongting Management Development Zone has developed from state farm to a county center,and it achieved a rapid economic development,now the city construction has begun to take shape,in order to serve the city construction and to improve people's quality of life,the power special planning technology in urban areas is studied in this paper.Firstly,based on the study of power demand forecasting theory,a suitable method is chosen and realized the forecast of urban electric power demand;Secondly,according to the character of urban development,the principle of planning technology is established;Thirdly based on the balancing the power capacity for the city load,according to the power capacity requirements and city development direction,the substation location planning was studied,and the corresponding power network structure was chosen;Finally,the transmission line corridor planning technology based on road network was also studied,and the corridor demand of urban main road is shown in the planning chart,combined with corridor planning,the line that need to change was modified.According to the present situation that the distribution network in West Dongting management area is weak,the existing problems were analyzed,and correspondingly,some measurements were proposed and applied in the planning.Firstly,through research of power demand forecasting theory,several load forecasting methods were analyzed and compared,and finally the method of saturate load density was chosen to forecast the load in city areas,and the method that combined with large customer and TMAX value was used to forecast urban electric power demand;Secondly,according to the character of city development,the urban power planning principles in line with the development of West Dongting Management District were formulated,emphatically focus on five aspects,which include planning target,110 kV power grid planning technology principle,the principle of medium voltage distribution network planning technology,the principle of line move and corridor planning principles,and the related technical principles were discussed in detail,and can be used to guide the subsequent power planning;Then the planning technology urban substation location were studied,combining with the results of load forecasting and the recent year capacity balance,research shown that before 2020,one 110kV substation need to be build,and for the long-term planning,three city 110kV substation need to be build.According to the partition of power supply area in the city area,the site of new substation and its power supply range were confirmed.Combining with the present situation of power grid,the target network structure was determined,and the transition plan of new substation which will be connected in the power system recently was described here;finally,the transmission line corridor planning technology based on road network was also studied,and the urban power corridor demand was planned with 110kV and 10kV respectively.The planning examples of distribution network show that the planning results of each part is reasonable,and can meet the needs of regional load development,it can also guide the actual construction and transformation of regional distribution network,and specific planning application further verified the rationality of the planning method proposed in this dissertation.
