In recent years,with the rapid development of various stadiums,large theaters,museums,airports and other public buildings,the innovation and progress of the installation method of large span steel structures in china have been promoted.The Integral lifting technology adapted to our country for the development of new technology of large span space structure installation requirements,improve research and analysis to the whole for the construction industry and the whole construction has very important significance..Based on the large-span space steel structure construction technology at home and abroad the development as the background,on the basis of literature review,the Petro-China Hall Sphere Steel Structure in the integral lifting engineering comprehensive analysis,which mainly includes the following contents:(1)First introduced the large-span space steel structure than the commonly used seven kind of construction method,and method for each construction principles,detailed analysis has been done for the engineering application.Based on the comparison and analysis of the selection of the construction scheme,the emphasis is on the comparison of the height lifting and the integral lifting of the high-altitude bulk,the integral lifting of the ground assembling and the integral lifting of the suspension assembly,and the integral lifting technology of the suspension assembling is determined,and the suspension assembling technology and advantages are made.Comprehensive analysis,proved that the suspension assembly for large-scale suspension steel structure construction.(2)Details of the hydraulic lifting system,including the lifting principle,the pump source system,computer control systems.Secondly,the research on the whole key technology system,including lifting device configuration,hoisting point,lifting support frame and temporary strengthening measures system analysis.(3)Simulation analysis of truss and dome theater overall lifting,including Midas Gen,SAP2000 under the weight of the calculation,combined with stress ratio,deformation analysis and wind load conditions to consider the calculation of simulation to ensure structural stability.The stability calculation of the most unfavorable load condition of the lifting support frame is analyzed by ANSYS,and the lateral stability is ensured.At last,the author summarizes the existing problems of the whole promotion,and puts forwardsome problems to be perfected and improved.In this paper,a comprehensive analysis of the integral lifting,summed up the construction of key technologies,the integral lifting assembly technology,the technology extracted from the practice of process technology.In practice,the construction has a good guiding significance.Emphasis should be attached to the construction of the comparative simulation of steel structure analysis to verify the accuracy of simulation analysis for the actual construction to provide a reliable basis to avoid accidents,and further improve the technical level of construction,but also for similar projects to provide a basis for reference.
