Highway Monitorig Equipment Reliability Management

With the development of automobile industry and the advancement of urbanization,the highway plays a more and more important role in the social and economic development.As a safeguard highway operation of monitoring equipment,they need to be upgraded continuously in order to improve its reliability and accuracy.This thesis mainly discusses the management of highway monitoring equipment and how to use the equipment to improve the reliability of monitoring equipment in the process of updating.The following several aspects are the main contents of this thesis.The select decisions of reliability of the equipment type: the system engineering theory,the equipment life cycle cost theory and the three basic theory of equipment management are expounded;Based on the perspective of the equipment management methods and means,the maintainability in the process of equipment management and selection principles are analyzed;By the method of establishing the AHP model,further demonstrate the reliability of the equipment type selection.Scrapping update mechanism of expressway monitoring equipment: analysis the costs and procedures of equipment scrapping,combine the relevant decision analysis of equipment update,costs of equipment updating and operating are calculated simplely,explore the coordination of equipment reliability and economy.Reliability analysis of Wei qing highway monitoring equipment: by studying the management and operation present situation of monitoring equipment on wei qing highway haiyang period,and establishing a reliability model,system analysis is carried on reliability of expressway monitoring equipment,and demonstrates the evaluation criteria and the concept of reliability of the monitoring equipment,provides a theoretical basis and reference data for the update and management of highway monitoring equipment,builds the evaluation index system of highway monitoring system,provides guidance for the management,maintenance and update of equipment.
