Fire-Resisted Test And Testing Equipments Of Elevator's Landing Door

Started with the status quo of Chinese elevator doors' fire-resistant performance,this article based on the study of standards and test methods at home and abroad,proposed measuring methods of the completeness,thermal insulation,radio resistance and gas leakage of the elevator doors.In addition,we made an experimental device for simulating fire resistance test of the elevator doors,and tested its fire-resistance performance under the fire.The main content and results of the research are as followed:(1)We made an experimental device for simulating fire resistance test of the elevator doors,including combustion furnace,gas system,fire-proof cover,gas leakage measuring system,post-processing system and control & analysis system.The control & analysis system was composed of pressure sampling system,temperature sampling system,signal acquisition system,computer system and the circuit for testing and sampling;(2)We determined the test methods of the elevator door's fire resistance tests,including related principles,experimental conditions,experimental procedures,evaluative criteria and data analysis.The experimental conditions covered the sample of elevator doors,temperature conditions,pressure conditions,unexposed surface temperature,evaluative criteria,and data analysis which included the measurement of gas leakage and performance evaluation of the elevator doors.(3)After serial tests for different kind of elevator doors,we found out that thickness and reinforced structure can significantly narrow the gap between the doors during the test,stainless steel has better thermal radiation comparing with common steel.Moreover,the smoke-proof structure is able to considerably reduce the leakage of CO2.(4)We made tests of elevator door's fire resistance,after the analysis of test results,the fire-resistant evaluation of the elevator doors shows that the ideal fire-proof elevator doors are those which have certain thickness and smoke-proof reinforced structure.At present,there are no mandatory standards to standard elevator doors,the results of this article can provide technical support for evacuation,rescue in the fire and high-rise building fire prevention.It also provides a technical basis for setting the standard of fire-resistant elevator doors.
