A large number of field investigations are universal.Secondly, collection of magnanimous data and case analysis to re-unfold the six phases of the development of forest parks:phase before the start, start phase of the forest park, slow development phase, fast development phase, transition development phase and standardization development phase; general review and study on the status of forest parks and Jiangsu Forest Park.Thirdly, building the construction evaluation system for suburb forest park by expert consultation and level analytical methods; the calculation of the item measuring and consistence inspection; making professional score format and confirming evaluation levels with the item measuring, value limits; providing persuasive points for The Development Planning forSuburb Forest Park (2016-2025); being the expectation to be the industry standards which is also one of the values of this articles.Fourthly, Application of the evaluation system for the construction of suburban Forest Park and taking Forest park of Santai Mountain in Jiangsu province invited to give qualitative evaluation according to Forest Park of Santai Mountain, to review this park per to evaluation standards and then use the mathematical statistics method to integrate, organize and calculate to give the final comprehensive score of Forest Park of Santai Mountain 76.45.Fifthly, per to evaluation result to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Forest park of Santai Mountain in Jiangsu province, the strategy of five improvement points has been brought up:to improve the top designing of forest park construction, to improve the talent team cultivation of capabilities for forest park construction, to improve the ecological construction level of forest parks, to improve the education functioning of forest park, to improve the general management level of forest parks.
