This paper integrated introduces all the sorts of reasons which lead to gas pipeline leakage,based on the electrochemical corrosion of metals,describing the types and influencing factors of natural corrosion of buried gas pipeline.Based on theoretical basis,the paper carries out data statistics and analysis of the gas pipeline leakage emergency repair event in a certain area,respectively in four aspects of seasonal climate,pipeline age,pressure level system and electrical corrosion,to analyzes the law of pipeline leakage corrosion.Analysis of the results shows that the law of natural corrosion leakage of buried gas pipeline varies with the season change,indoor stray current has a big impact on the natural corrosion leakage of buried gas pipeline,the age and pressure of pipeline has a minimal impact on the natural corrosion leakage.This article introduces the research achievements of scholars on the diffusion law of the natural gas pipelines in soil and atmosphere.Based on the operation of the gas pipeline leak detection in the gas company,introduces a kind of experimental method for determination of concentration field when the gas is leaking,uses MATLAB to process the test data,to obtain the three-dimensional concentration field data of gas diffusion.The influence of the ground topography,the direction of the leakage point and the pressure of the pipeline on the diffusion characteristics of the buried natural gas are analyzed.Then,according to the law of natural corrosion leakage and diffusion of the buried gas pipeline,proposing the optimization method on three aspects:the detection plan of gas pipeline leakage,the detection method of gas pipeline leakage and the position of gas pipeline leakage point.
