Electrolyte analyzer is a kind of clinical testing instrument that is used to detect the concentration of electrolyte ions.It has great significance in clinical diagnostics.The detect results can provide substantial basis for the treatement of patients.At present,it mainly uses the Ion Selective Electrode Method to detect the concentration of K+,Na+,Cl-,Ca2+,Li+ etc and pH in the sample.Using gas sensor to detect the concentration of CO2.With the improvement of the medical care in our country,large and medium-sized hospitals are equipped with such equipment.But the structure of domestic existing instrument is obsolete,the realization process is complex,the automation degree is lowly,the response speed is not fast enough,and the operation is poor.So the large-scale hospitals are mostly dependent on imported instrument,and this makes it difficult to popularize the instrument,the patients have to bear the high cost of medical treatment.To solve the problems,the topic gives a design scheme of electrolyte analyzer based on Cortex M4 and android system.This scheme adopts three layer architechure: on the top layer,it selects industrial serial touch screen based on android system as human interface,and make the instrument display and control interface more friendly,more convenient operation.In the middle layer,it selects the STM32F407 based on Cortex M4 as the core processor,which makes the system response speed more quickly.At the same time,it embedded ?C/OS III,and designed the programming based on this operating system,to achieve a more powerful process scheduling mechanism.In addition,the signal processing board is used to realize the two level amplification of the data,which is convenient for sampling and analysis of the processor.The bottom is to use the multi-channel stepper motor driver board which used C8051F381 as micro controller based on TB6560 AHQ to realize the stability control of the acceleration and deceleration of the motor.In this design,serial multi frame communication protocol is used for communication between different hardware layers.The experimental results show that it can make a reliable serial communicationbetween different layers,and various components can achieve a good cooperative work under the control of ?C/OS III.Under the control of the S-curve acceleration and deceleration algorithm,the stepper motor acceleration and deceleration process is stable,and the positioning control is accurate.The processing ability of floating point data is relatively enhanced,the system response speed is accelerated,and the measurement result is accurate.Practice has proved that the design scheme provides a good touch experience and display effect for users,improves the stability of the stepper motor operation,and enhances the reliability and stability of the system.In summary,the design scheme of electrolyte analyzer based on Cortex M4 and Android system is reasonable and feasible.It also has certain theoretical significance and strong practical value.
