Along with the implementation of the strategy of sea power and "one belt,one road"in our country,the development of the shipping industry will be more and more valued by the country.The security route of the relevant departments is one of the most basic guarantee.In the course of security,buoy plays an extremely important role.buoy operations can not be separated from the ship crane,and the process mostly is dependent on the operation staff.Because of lack of automated capabilities and the influence of wind,wave,flow and their own control,the crane lifting system produce oscillation in the process of work,it will increase the risk of operating personnel in close range operation.Therefore,the design of automatic hook is significant to safe and efficient operation of buoy ship crane.Design scheme of hook is determined firstly in this paper,and the material is selected from the common materials to improve the reliability of the hook.To determine the load hook,the marine crane experiment prototype is built on the ship simulation platform with two degrees of freedom in the laboratory and the relevant settings is completed.After that,operation function is applied on prototype.The maximum load is geted,and based on the load,the hook structure and a drive mechanism type are designed and slected.Finally,by using of Solidworks,hook assembly is completed.Then,structural strength is anslsyed with use of Ansysworkbench software,and the structural stress,total deformation etc are acquired under the static and dynatic load to verify the reliability.In order to further improve the rationality of design,the structure of the hook is optimized by using the shape optimization of the software.After that,the hook is redesigned based on the results and is appplyed the finite element analysis to validate the rationality.Subsequently,in order to achieve automatic control of the hook,position switch is used as the main control components for the hook.Main circuit and control circuit are designed to lay the foundation for the realization of control of hook.The burden on the staff is reduced and efficiency is improved.
