Research On The Factors Of Product Innovation Design Based On User Experience

With the vigorous development of the experience economy,user experience has attracted much attention in all walks of life,from hardware to software design are all emphasized the importance of user experience.In recent years,user experience design in the field of Internet got rapid development,studies about the design of experience emerge in endlessly,but hardware products are lack of user experience in the field of theory.Few studies explore the product innovation design factors and their relation with the user experience.As a starting point,this paper explore product innovation design factors and the relevance of the user experience.This study aims to put forward to guide the experience design theory frame,frame can also be used as a product innovation design process.This paper through the literature research and sorting out the definition of user experience, the content of user experience,user experience evaluation model,the content of the product innovation design and so on,the user experience is summarized in the important role of product innovation design.Then collected through in-depth interviews and observation research methods, collected a large amount of the product case,and through the analysis of the interview to extract the product innovation design factors,these factors for the data analysis,based on the study of factors collected successively conducted two card sorting,refined product innovation design factor and in detail and the mapping relationship between the user experience,proposed product innovation design based on user experience six factors.Final product innovation design based on user experience factor model,detailed model of the factors:strategic factors,the scope factors, structure factors,framework factors,performance factors,future factors,put forward product innovation design process.In product innovation design based on user experience factor model detailed analysis was carried out on the baby intelligent thermometer,puts forward several design sketch and analyzes the conceptual design scheme for final.
