| Since been registered and incorporated on December 18,2002,Qiangang steel has already have an annual production capacity of 7.8 million tons of iron,8 million tons of steel and 7.8 million tons of hot-rolled sheet&strip after three-step project construction.With the production-scale gradually expanded,the origin office condition can’t catch up with the supply,so,Qiangang steel plans to change the general building,including office work,reception,meeting,files,dining,washing and others functions,not only satisfied the office work requirement,but also save the costs,to achieve the office condition and the whole image promoting.The research aim of the issue is to analyze the progress management in the Qiangang steel general building expanded construction project.Discuss at the people,machine,material condition,right arrange the construction plan,make the progress plan scientifically,and arrange other factors,to assure the Qiangang steel general building expanded construction project complete on time.The issue made the system research for the schedule management theory knowledge.By applied research,analyzed the difficulty problems and the serials schedule control measures which used in the Qiangang steel general building expanded construction project.Put forward the methods to perfect the schedule management.By strictly control the before,middle,and the after schedule,to make sure complete the program as plan.The progress schedule theory and methods used in the Qiangang steel general building expanded construction project,make known the important of the progress schedule in the construction projects,The application of the schedule management,can provide the reference function for the steel companies make big scale construction with reasonable assign enterprise resource and save the costs in production operation. |
