Vane wheel system is widely used in large-scale rotating machinery such as combustion engine,aero-engine and large-scale compressor.As the main working parts of large-scale rotating machinery,it is an important task to transform other energy such as heat energy into mechanical energy.In the case of long-term stress and harsh conditions,it is usually caused by the situation that the blade is detuned.The disc roulette detonation causes the vane wheel system to vibrate and localize,so that the leaves are relatively coordinated.Long past the large rotating machinery of the leaf system will appear one or several leaves of high cycle fatigue failure phenomenon.In order to avoid the loss of major property caused by the fatigue failure of the blade disc system,it is very important to study the vibration monitoring and vibration reduction of the blade.In this paper,combined with the non-contact measurement of the vibration of the detached vane wheel system,the following problems are studied emphatically:(1)Firstly,under the guidance of the theory of blade vibration,the stress and strain analysis and modal characteristics of the experimental blade are analyzed by means of finite element software.Through the analysis of the data obtained,drawing the leaves of different thickness,displacement of cloud and leaf Campbell map,at last completed the selection of experimental leaf work.Through the simulation analysis level,obtain the vibration characteristics of the blade and the blade disc system.(2)The vibration response model of the selected blade are simulated by MATLAB software,and the virtual vibration analysis of the selected blade are carried out.Based on the nonlinear least squares method,the parameters of the synchronous vibration parameters of the blade are identified and combined with the simulation data.The accuracy of the linear least squares method is verified.(3)Non-contact measurement of the blade vibration of a small detuning rotating blade disc system.Under the same parameters,the amplitude of the blade vibration is compared with that of the MATLAB software,and the reliability of the simulation results of the vibration analysis of the blade disc system is verified by MATLAB software.
