| Safety is the key to ensure the sustainable and stable development of China's railway industry.In recent years,Data shows there are still more railway traffic accidents,the safety situation is not optimistic.Based on the key position of railway drivers and influence of family safety climate influence on driving behavior,In this paper,the railway driver as the object of study,focusing on exploring the internal structure of the family safety climate in China and the impact of family safety climate on safe driving behavior.Through the summary of the family safety climate,safe driving behavior and the related results of railway drivers,combined with the specific content of the interview,design the family safety climate measurement.After two times scale investigation and factor analysis,The scale of railway driver's family safety climate was successfully developed.The three dimensional structure of the family safety climate is constructed,which includes safety communication,safety commitment and safety awareness.As the foundation of safe driving behavior scale by Zhao Yong(2014),through the revised scale,verify the three-dimensional structure of railway drivers safe driving behavior,including operational safety,personal protection and bad health habits.Using correlation and regression analysis,explore the effect of family safety climate on safety driving behavior,obtain:safety commitment and safety awareness have significant positive predictive effect on operation safety;safety communication,safety commitment,safety awareness have significant positive predictive effect on personal protection;safety communication,safety awareness safety and security communication have significant negative predictive effect on bad health habits.Reflect on the influence of family safety climate to safe driving behavior and interview,this article focuses on the aspects of family safety climate,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the railway drivers safe driving behavior. |
