Research On The Relationship Between Safety Climate And Safety Behavior In Subway Construction

Subway construction of large-scale, development speed, but during construction accidents, the cause of human factor, machinery and equipment factors, environmental factors and live a safe atmosphere, and many other factors. Subway construction process safety incidents occur frequently, in order to reduce the occurrence of these accidents, ensure the safety of the subway construction behavior, the thesis of the subway construction site safety climate research.Based on theoretical results, combined with the situation subway construction units to build the relationship between safety climate and safety behavior model, and extract the dimensions of safety climate. Classify and analyze the results of previous studies, to form the theoretical basis of this paper, and study the impact of subway construction unit safety climate and safety behavior for each factor.According to the theoretical research paper summarizes five dimensions of safety climate, to build the model of relationships between safety climate and safety behavior initially, and to make assumptions. Thesis using questionnaire methods for data collection and statistical, and questionnaires issued uses the method of recovering the field, and quizzes in five-point Likert scale. For collected the questionnaire data, the paper using SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis.In this paper, using SPSS statistical software test the validity of the questionnaire, to achieve the descriptive statistics of the sample data, by factor analysis to extract the security atmosphere in three dimensions, using correlation and regression analysis demonstrated the relationship between safety climate with the dimensions and safety behavior, demonstrated the assumptions of the initial model, and got the specific affecting relationship between safety climate and safety behavior.
