Due to the rapid progress of the Times and development of the society,Customers pay more attention to individuation and diversification of product's demands.Mass customization(MC)production mode offer the great opportunity to rapidly produce the customized product.The key and necessary technology is product configuration in mass customization production mode,through the fast combination of auto parts,it can configure the product that meet the customer's personalized demands.Meanwhile,BOM(Bill of Material)is not only the important factor about product configuration,but also is core product management data in manufacturing factory.BOM data is produced within the whole product life cycle.New energy automobile industry is the most potential industry,it will be a development direction in future.And the state supports the development of new energy industry,because it can solve the problem of energy shortage in China,so the paper studies the configuration methods of new energy auto products.what's more,it can play a important role in promoting the future development of new energy vehicles.First of all,this paper summarizes the theory of mass customization and product configuration,and expounds the research status of product configuration at home and abroad,and analyzes it.Secondly,through the elaboration of the product management situation of the new energy enterprises,the paper analyzes the problems of the product configuration and the management of the products.Based on this,the new product configuration based on the characteristics is put forward.Thirdly,the common product family structure configuration model(GBOM)is established again,the corresponding constraint and the establishment method of the configuration rules are discussed,and the product configuration process based on the feature is designed.Then,based on the above research,the product family structure configuration model based on GBOM is established,and the instantiation expression of configuration model knowledge of product family model is studied,and the corresponding feature constraint and configuration constraint rules are established.Finally,the software system is used to realize the product configuration method designed in this paper,and the system is applied.
