With the rapid development of the logistics industry and the accelerated pace of exchange of resources between cities,semi-trailer continues to increasein the road transport status,but it also brought some problems,such as serious overload caused the frame to local damage,excessive emissions Tail gas and so on.Semi-trailer frame is the main bearing parts,but also the largest proportion of quality components,the performance of the frame directly affect the performance of the vehicle,so theframe for safety and lightweight research is important.In this paper,a semi-trailer frame for manufacturing a special vehicle in Hubei is researched.First,the geometric modeling is carried out in Pro/E software,and the stress is too large and stress in the two cases of bending and twisting in ansys workbench The problem of concentration is solved by adding the web structure and opening the rectangular mouth,and then the stress and strain analysis of the frame under four kinds of working conditions are carried out to verify the correctness of the structural improvement.The modal shape of the frame is further studied after the structural improvement,and the modal frequency is improved in different degrees.The rationality of the improvement of the frame structure is proved.At the same time in order to meet the enterprise to develop standards,and further implementation of the fatigue life of the frame analysis,the length of life to completely exceed the design standards.In order to obtain a lightweight semi-trailer frame structure,the sensitivity research was carried out to obtain the effect of the change of each size on its quality.Then,based on the weight optimization,the frame size was optimized.Weight reduced by 197 kg.Then,the topology optimization is carried out under four kinds of working conditions,and the results of the optimization and analysis are optimized to reduce the weight of the rear part of the frame.Finally,the frame structure is optimized by referring to the hollow structure of bamboo knot with good torsional bending resistance.In this paper,the finite element to the frame to improve and reduce the weight of the framework for the study to provide a way of thinking.
