In modem times,since people utilize water resources at a new height,rational utilization of water resources and protection of water environment have become a hot topic of research.Besides,owing to climatic effects,natural calamities,including drought and flood,have taken place frequently everywhere,causing enormous losses to mankind.So,human alone cannot research and rationally use water resources,while a water conservation operation system used for hydrologic data monitoring is needed for the solving of the above problem.Even though the existing systems can be adopted for water conservancy monitoring,their presentation of mass complicated data,inflexible structure,unitary operation and poor inter-module association decide their low usability.This topic was aimed at developing a more usable and visual water conservation system based on what mentioned above and proposing a complete water conservation monitoring s ystem solution based on the currently popular mobile Internet.The system touched upon in this topic is a water conservancy information monitoring system consisting of multiple business modules,which is characterized by high coverage and customizability of business modules,instant display of early warning information,acquisition of data via mobile equipment for data synchronization with servers,and support of map services.The following main tasks were completed in the platform design:Proposed to design a mobile water conservation monitoring system.Made a demand analysis of the existing conservation monitoring systems for integration of business requirements,and transplanted business function modules to the mobile terminal to realize mobile monitoring of water conservancy information.Put forward a scheme for strengthening the timeliness and interactivity of water conservation system.Added new functions like data reporting,video monitoring and image gathering to the water conservancy business modules in line with the characteristics of mobile equipment to enhance the flexibility of equipment for an improvement in system usability.Proposed an operational procedure for the interaction between the mobile terminal and servers.Developed a data interaction scheme,determined a format and network protocol for data interaction with servers,and selected a rule for data encryption.This research was carried out based on a case study of Tianjin Water Authority Platform,and mobile monitoring of water conservancy information was implemented in this project.Designed the functional requirements and architecture of the mobile terminal as a whole,and meanwhile made a design of service interface and communication protocol,finally aimed at enabling the mobility of the platform to make the system more flexible and easier to use.
