The valve parameters such as the valve lift,the opening phase and the closing phase can be flexibly adjusted by the electromagnetic valvetrain.Using the valve to adjust the required cycle intake of the engine can be realized.Regulating the distribution of gas to make the engine work in the best state according to different conditions,can improve the performance of the engine and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.An electronic control system is designed for the engine equipped with electromagnetic valvetrain.The corresponding control strategy is put forward to realize the normal operation of the engine,and advance the further application of electromagnetic valvetrain.This paper mainly carries on research in the following aspects:1.The engine is further modified on the basis of the research group.The analysis of the sensor is completed.And add or delete some of the sensors accordingly.The experiment system design and arrangement are completed,mainly include the preparation and platform construction work of trailing test and operation test.2.The hardware circuit design of the engine electronic control system is completed.Based on the sensor and actuator,a new electronic control system is designed to control the engine,integrating with the control circuit of the electromagnetic valvetrain.Including the design of the sensor circuit and driver circuit and the anti-interference design of circuit.3.The control strategy of engine test is put forward.The control program has been carried out for the overall design.Program framework and the main subroutine of the preparation work is completed.The processing and calculating method of the important sensor signal are presented,such as the signal of the crankshaft and the signal of the air intake flow.The function and control strategy of valve parameters under different working conditions are emphatically expounded.The control strategy of fuel injection and ignition isalso studied.4.The trailing test of the engine is completed.Realize the engine trailing test under different speed by adjustable-speed motor to verify the accuracy and stability of the electronic control system.The distribution characteristics of electromagnetic valvetrain are studied.The air intake MAP is measured and the control parameters of the valve are modified.5.The preliminary operation test is completed.The successful operation of the engine is realized by using the new control system.The idling at different speeds and the speed adjustment process between different speeds are realized by using the PID control algorithm based on rotational speed.And a load test is carried out.The experiment results verify the effect of the electromagnetic valve on the load regulation,and lay a good foundation for the future research.
