As the world’s largest automobile producer and consumer,vehicle engine performance has a significant impact on social production and people’s lives,and the electronic control system as the engine control center plays a decisive role in its performance improvement.In this paper,the WH125-6 carburetor-type gasoline engine is taken as the control object,and the electronic control matching transformation is carried out,and the corresponding electronic control system model is developed.The performance is improved by the calibration optimization control strategy to meet the requirements of the model upgrade.Under different engine operating conditions,the corresponding working condition control objectives were formulated,and the corresponding control strategy model was developed by MATLAB/Simulink to achieve effective control of engine fuel injection,ignition,fuel pump working state and process.The control strategy model is mainly composed of three parts: signal acquisition and measurement module,control algorithm module and actuator drive module.It is used to realize real-time data acquisition of the engine,calculation of fuel injection and ignition algorithms,and enabling drive of the actuator.The GT-Power one-dimensional engine model was constructed,and the initial verification of the control strategy model was realized through joint simulation with the control strategy developed by MATLAB/Simulink.Based on the engine average model,the basic fuel injection and ignition MAP in the control strategy are developed and inserted into the control strategy model in the form of a table.The code generation of the control strategy model is implemented based on the rapid prototyping platform and written into the Rapid-ECU rapid prototype controller.The engine signal simulator is used to realize the hardware-in-the-loop simulation test of the data measurement and acquisition module and the actuator module in the control strategy model to verify the real-time and accuracy of the control strategy.Set up a control strategy to verify the rig,and carry out the bench test to complete the real machine verification of the control strategy model.Combined with the engine small eddy current dynamometer,HORIBA exhaust gas analyzer and Kistler Ki-Box combustion analyzer,the final calibration of the ignition and injection MAP in the control strategy is realized.On the basis of meeting the fuel economy of the engine,the calibration is carried out.The dynamic performance was tested.The test results show that the built control strategy model can meet the requirements of the engine running and realize the development goal of the electronic control system.
