With the development of rail signal technology, it will be certain tendency to use the automation, intelligence and network technology in rail signal system. By using the new rail signal control technology in the field, the paper introduces the scheme of micro-computer interlock control for LPC, discusses the design of hardware, software and LAN of rail station. The results of carrying out of the scheme shows the scheme is reasonable. The system can fully achieve the function and safety requirement of field rail transportation.To improve the reliability of computer interlock system, two main technological measures are presented, one is mistake-proof technology, another is mistake-acceptance technology, especial the latter one, it can be used to construct high-reliable and high-safe system. A dynamic redundancy mistake-acceptance technology that is DDMR be used in monitor, interlock device, power supply is adopted in the design of hardware system to improve the reliability of the system. So the operation of system can not be affected by any single-point malfunction and the system can keep the correct function in malfunction status.In the design of software, a diplex software structure, a mistake-acceptance data structure and real-time operating system with multitasks are introduced to achieve all requirements of high-safety and reliability in railway transportation. At the same time a train route arrangement module is designed to dispatch routine automatically. The application of the system shows that the software is reliable and convenient.
