The vehicle has become a tool for people's life and production.With the progress of science and technology,Dual clutch transmission is widely used in vehicle transmission system,double clutch transmission meets the future development trend of transmission,the double clutch transmission can realize the power transmission without interruption,DCT improves the dynamics and economy of the vehicle,which is of great significance for energy saving and emission reduction.When the vehicle is automatically shifting,the sensor signal is collected,and the gear shift is controlled according to the setting shift schedule and the shift control strategy.The quality of the economy and the power of the vehicle is decided by the shift schedule.With the development of computer technology,dual clutch transmission is becoming more and more intelligent.In this paper,research of vehicle automatic transmission control based on the positive independent development of the 7-speed opposed dual clutch transmission and carried out research work in the following aspects:(1)7-speed opposed dual clutch transmission's Power Transmission route and transmission characteristics were analyzed in this paper.Then basic shift schedule was obtained by theoretical analysis and calculation,based on which,the comprehensive shifting schedule considering both power and economy was determined.Engine output torque model and oil consumption model were established by fitting engine test result.Model of engine,transmission,gear switch and target vehicle were established by applying MATLAB/Simulink.Feasibility of the basic and comprehensive shift schedule was verified through simulation.(2)Vehicle mass and slope were estimated in real time with Variable forgetting factor least square method which have strong adaptability and good following performance.On the base of that,this paper use layered control compensating shift strategy when vehicle shifting.The vehicle automatic transmission is divided into upper layer and bottom layer by the strategy.The upper identification decision layer and the bottom shift correction executive layer?The upper layer is used to estimate slope and vehicle mass and make Shift correction.The bottom layer gets the upper instruction and complete shift correction.The strategy can improve the intelligent level of automatic transmission when the vehicle is traveling on the ramp.(3)Vehicle travelling-distance,throttle average opening degree,brake pedal actuation times were selected as traffic congestion evaluation factor,then an adaptive TS fuzzyneural network was built which is used to identify the traffic congestion.Automotive automatic transmission control strategy was divided into the upper identification decision layer and the bottom shift correction executive layer.The upper decision-making layer was used to acquisitioned vehicle sensor signal and identify the traffic congestion,set up compensating shift schedule;The bottom layer is execution level.The layered control compensating shift schedule can solve the frequent shift phenomenon.(4)Through establishing the test bench,the accuracy and reliability of the shift schedule and the shift control strategy was verified by carrying out the hardware in the loop test.
