With the rapid development of digital design and manufacturing technology,coordinate measuring machine(CMM)becomes an important method in products or parts inspection and quality control of enterprises.So improving the automation and integration of CMM is the linchpin of informatization construction of modern manufacturing industry.However,many enterprises are still using neutral files of CAD as the carrier and foundation of information in inspection information extracting and managing,which would cause same problems such as inspection information missing or data transmission blocking.MBD model defines complete information in the process of inspecting products,which would be more convenient and intuitive while extracting and managing inspection information,and establish the foundation for the subsequent research on inspection process.First,the theory researches and application status of the CMM at home and abroad were analyzed,and the shortcomings were pointed out.Then the structure of inspection information extracting and managing system based on MBD was detailed designed after the practical investigation.Second,in order to clarify the association relationship between tolerance information and geometric feature information,the inspection information of part MBD model was defined and the framework of inspection information for part based on MBD was built.Furthermore,its application program was developed by using Creo Parametric TOOLKIT development tools under Visual Studio 2010 platform.Third,inspection task allocating and path planning problems were explored.For inspection task allocating problem,the mathematical model which conform to the actual plant of military enterprises were set up,and the genetic algorithm was applied to obtain the optimal allocation.Then,the rationality of the plotted model and the validity of the proposed algorithm were verified successfully by some examples.For inspection path planning problem,the method based on genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm was proposed to generate an effective path avoiding obstacles.Finally,a prototype system developed on the Eclipse platform was presented by utilizing Java and Oracle according to the above analysis and research results,which has achieved the CAD/CMM/MES integration.At the same time,it was verified that the designed method could improve the inspecting efficiency greatly through the pilot operation.
