The simulation about charge combustion surface area of solid rocket motor has been researched widely in the related field.Common complex charge 3d geometric model establishment,surface of discrete and meshing,burning surface evolvement,burning surface calculation have been researched in this paper and complete computing software development.First of all,based on UG NX platform,a new type of secondary development UG NX technique SNAP(Simple NX Application Programming)is used to secondary development.UG/Open API achieve that the function parameter drive 3D model.UG/Open MenuScript and UG/Open UIStyler is used to design and integrate interface,which provide visual input interface.Automatically judge the user inputing parameters and generate bore cylindrical,star,wheel hole common charge.Second,a universal of discrete surface method is researched about the common charge.This method is to determine a central point,revolve around the center of radiation,get the required discrete points on burning surface,and after hole of ray must do special treatment.According to certain data structure,generate a data file.In the end,the discrete point information in multiple linked list data structure storage data files are applied to burning surface evolvement program.Based on the parallel layer combustion law,specify thick meat,calculate and update discrete point location and nonnal,judge the combustion properties and so on until complete the simulation burning.In the process of iteration,Different area calculation method is used to calculate burning surface area.Example generate burning surface curve,which is compared with analytical solutions,and the error is less to prove the correctness of the calculation method in this paper.The program can be used in the design of rocket solid motor.The creation and discrete of solid rocket motor 3D model adopt UG NX styler interface,and combine with UG NX,which have Chinese prompt,easy to learn and easy to use.This paper provides a kind of creative idea for combustion surface evolve on visual research,and lay the foundation of the more complex simulation on the burning surface.
