Energy storage power of the spacecraft is an important part of the satellite,which cannot be ignored.Especially when the spacecraft is in the shadow,Energy storage power becomes the only energy of the spacecraft.Once it goes wrong,the spacecraft will not work,so there are high requirements for its performance and reliability.The performance,quality and working lifetime of energy storage power have effect on spacecraft development and the operational lifetime of the spacecraft.How to choose energy storage powers to carry out the space industry is an important issue.In this paper,the key materials,technical parameters and characteristic analysis of the lithium-ion batteries which are currently used in space exploration are studied.Then a more in-depth analysis on the LabVIEW programmng and SOC calculation establishment which are involved in building models processes for lithium-ion batteries is conducted.Modular research method has been applied in software design which is divided into five modules: system functional module,instrument communication control module,data acquisition module,data storage module and man-machine interface.Among them,the system function control module is responsible for establishing communication with the test server in order to achieve acceptance network instructions and upload the data collection function.Instrument communication control module is to use parallel data communication interface GPIB instrument to connect to a computer,employing software to DC power supply,electronic load and data acquisition setup and control.By Aglient34970 A and data acquisition card,data acquisition module is controlled by software via GPIB bus,whose purpose is to pick control box voltage analog power supplies.After the program starts the tasks of passing the initial configuration file and storing the testing process log files and test data are completed by the data storage module.Finally,human-computer interface module provides an intuitive,user-friendly and actionable human-computer interaction.In short,by battery simulator software-control test system,meanwhile according to the voltage parameters of DC power supply which is calculated by the battery charge and discharge model function,that battery charge and discharge voltage can be modeled,thus the functions would be achieved.
