Design And Research Of The Bottle Rotating Cam In Circular Bottle Multi-position Labeling Machine

Commodities in modern society have displayed a diverse characteristic.Label is an important symbol of providing commodities information.The requirements in quality and efficiency of labeling for different kinds of labeling machine has been constantly rising from the market.The circular bottle multi-position labeling machine is getting more and more favor of circular bottle labeling manufacturers because of its high accuracy and high speed.The circular bottle multi-position labeling machine is a kind of special machine which pastes label for circular bottles.The rotary motion of circular bottles in labeling process is performed by the bottle rotating cam in the circular bottle multi-position labeling machine.The degree of bottle rotating cam curve accuracy affects rotary position and rotary speed for circular bottles.The reasonable and precise design of bottle rotating cam can effectively improve the labeling accuracy.Different diameters circular bottles in labeling process correspond to different profile curves which are used for bottles rotating in the bottle rotating cam.Hence pasting a kind of circular bottles needs to replace the corresponding bottle rotating cam to meet the labeling requirements.However a universal design method has not been found in domestic.Therefore the design and research of the bottle rotating cam in circular bottle multi-position labeling machine have great practical value and significance.The main research contents of this paper include:1.The working principle of circular bottle multi-position labeling machine is analyzed through circular bottle motion path and label motion path.The working principle of bottle rotating cam is analyzed through indexing cycle curve to realize circular bottles rotation and dwell cycle circular arc curve to stop the rotation.Through the detailed analysis of bottle rotating cam we come to the conclusion that the bottle rotating cam is a two-layer type of internal parallel indexing cam.2.The paper analyzes the direction of rotation relationship between bottle rotating cam mechanism related components.It develops a calculation method of the main parameters which are used in bottle rotating cam design;Combined with rectangular coordinate method,it researches and elaborates detailedly the calculation method of the bottle rotating cam profile curve which constitutes of the theoretical profile curve and the actual profile curve.3.According to the calculation method which is reasearched on the bottle rotating cam profile curve,the paper uses MATLAB language to write the calculation programs on the theoretical profile curve and actual profile curve of the bottle rotating cam.Moreover,using MATLAB language,it designs a software system of calculation about the bottle rotating cam profile curve and makes a clear graphical user interface GUI to be convenient for users.It determines the required geometric parameters of the bottle rotating cam three dimensional solid modeling on the basis of design parameters in the circular bottle multi-position labeling machine some structures,and then establishes the bottle rotating cam three dimensional solid modeling,thus completes the whole design process of the bottle rotating cam in circular bottle multi-position labeling machine.4.According to the design method of the bottle rotating cam the paper makes an example design and performs kinematics simulation analysis by virtual prototype technology to the designed bottle rotating cam.The simulation results are in conformity with the labeling requirements of the design example.Thus it verifies the feasibility of the bottle rotating cam design method.
