Globoidal indexing cam mechanism is a new type of intermittent indexing cam mechanism.For the traditional intermittent mechanism,the indexing angle range is wide,the maximum speed is high,and the rigidity is high.It is suitable for all kinds of high speed,medium load and heavy load occasions.But as a kind of spatial cam,the design of its cam profile curve is complex,which brings difficulties to practical application design and production.Therefore,it is particularly important to conduct theoretical research and parametric design of its profile curve,which will also provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the later study of dynamics and kinematics.Aiming at the design of globoidal indexing cam profile curve,the motion law is determined when the main motion parameters and geometric parameters are selected.The profile curve equation and pressure angle equation are theoretically deduced by inversion method and space geometry method.This method avoids the traditional method.Research and calculation of complex mathematical theory.Using MATLAB software to program its profile curve equation and draw its profile curve graphics.At the same time,the influence of different parameters on pressure angle is drawn by MATLAB.The GUI function of MATLAB is used to parameterize the profile curve,which provides convenience for future design and solution.Creo software is used to build threedimensional solid model of globoidal indexing cam and parametric design of indexing disk.The input and output shafts of globoidal indexing cam are flexibly processed by ANSYS,and the modal analysis is carried out to verify the rationality of the mechanism.Through the above research and analysis,it can provide theoretical basis for the design and development of globoidal indexing cam mechanism in the future and provide reference for future development and optimization.Figure 49;Table1;Reference 54.
