With the rapid development of the domestic economy in recent years,the number of high-rise buildings is increasing.As the fast transport in high-rise buildings,the number of the elevator is increasing and people are paying more attention to the development of the elevator at the same time.To reduce the unnecessary waste of energy,the state advocates energy conservation,emissions reduction and the development of new energy and new technologies in recent years.In the elevator industry,there is an urgently problem that how to optimize the elevator dispatching which is the main power device in building and achieve energy saving.Although the algorithm research of the elevator group control system has made great progress,there are a lot of unnecessary energy consumption problem in the elevator daily operation.In order to optimize the elevator dispatching and solve the problem of unnecessary energy consumption in the operation of the elevator,an energy-saving elevator control system based on smart camera is proposed after a lot of research on the elevator running status at present and analyzes the commonly used machine vision system,which can assist to control the elevator system and optimize the elevator dispatching.Through the smart camera that installed inside and outside of the elevator car,the system completes real-time image acquisition and procession,determines whether human presence and send test result to the PLC elevator control system by PLC.Through the main traction motor controlling,the system can avoid the ineffective and unnecessary stops running finally.The main chapters of the thesis are as follows:1.Understand the technology of energy-saving elevator and machine vision system based on smart camera,and research the working principle of energy-saving elevator control system based on smart camera.2.According to the working principle of the system,design the hardware part of the system and select the hardware equipment.3.According to the characteristics of the system,design the software part of the system.4.Simulate system experiments and analysis the experiment results,proved that the system can optimize the elevator dispatching and achieve the goal of energy saving.
