With the aggravation of energy crisis and environmental pressure,the development of clean and renewable energy has become the focus of energy strategy.Renewable energy power generation is divided into two forms of centralized power generation and distributed generation;Wind power is the most widely used and most mature technology in centralized power generation,But at present,China's abandoned wind rate has been high,resulting in a huge energy waste and loss of interest;Most of the distributed energy is composed of microgrid,in the face of the distributed power supply,the reasonable allocation of the capacity and type of micro power supply is of great significance to reduce the investment cost,improve the environmental friendliness of microgrid,and ensure the reliability of microgrid.Therefore,this paper focuses on the wind power acceptance of centralized power generation and optimal planning problem of microgrid.Firstly,This paper analyzes the causes of a large number of abandoned wind,and puts forward the wind power heating scheme to improve the wind power acceptance of "San Bei" area,by installing wind power heating device in the "San Bei" area to accept abandoned wind for heating,at the same time,it can reduce the forced output of the thermoelectric generator and increase the grid connection of wind power by decoupling the thermal power unit.To develop the optimal operation scheme,this paper aims at the characteristics of the proportion of grid partition and high thermoelectric unit in the "San Bei" area,and establishes the multi zone thermal electricity combined dispatching model including electric heat storage boiler.And according to the actual example to verify the effectiveness of the model and the wind power heating system of improving the wind power acceptance,finally shows the importance of heat storage device for wind power acceptance and electric heating system by comparison.Secondly,this paper introduces the difference of optimal allocation from microgrid and large power grid,For grid-connected microgrid,this paper proposed a evaluation index system contains the reliability,autonomy,regulation of interactive power,environment-friendly degree and utilization of tie-line and renewable energy,and translated them into the form of constraint.In conjunction with the output characteristic of distributed generators,and used the lowest total cost as objective function,to construct the optimal planning model of microgrid.Based on the real data of load and meteorological,this paper analyzed the effect of index constraints to capacity allocation of microgrid,and the relationship between different indicators.The results show that the index system improves the rationality of the optimized allocation,and enhances the flexibility of the optimization model,to meet the diversification demand of users.
