The remarkable characteristics of wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation are unstable output.With the wind power generation being widely integrated into the power system,the optimization of grid scheduling is also facing challenges.In order to avoid the instability of wind power generation,the power system needs to be equipped with enough spare space.When the spare space provided by the power grid cannot meet the demand,it will cause serious phenomenon of wind and light waste.Therefore,it is necessary to reserve enough reserve or energy storage for the power grid system.However,this reserve or energy storage reserved to solve the instability of wind power generation also leads to the increase of the cost of wind power generation,thus reducing the cost-effectiveness of using the wind power generation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the optimal dispatching model of Power Grid Considering the uncertain output of the scenery.Firstly,the paper uses mathematical model to quantify the stochastic characteristics of wind power generation,and forms a set of flow framework of relatively complete wind power generation stochastic characteristics analysis and scene modeling.Then,from the perspective of maximum consumption of the power grid,the main reasons that affect the consumption of scenery are analyzed.Considering the flexible adjustment demand of random sources such as scenery and load,an optimal dispatching model is established to meet the demand of flexible regulation of the system.The results show that the goal of fully absorbing scenery can be achieved only by allocating high energy storage capacity.Traditional thermal power units play an important role in the optimal dispatching of regulating the wind output.The demand for flexible regulation of power grid mainly comes from random sources such as load and scenery.In order to maintain the balance of power and electricity,the grid must be equipped with certain flexible adjustment resources or measures,and have certain flexible adjustment ability to meet the flexible adjustment requirements brought by the above random sources.Finally,considering the uncertainty of the wind power output,considering the characteristics of energy storage system and dispatching load,the wind power generation book is introduced into the objective function from the perspective of reducing the system power generation cost and improving the wind consumption.Considering the system cost and the wind permeability,the optimal dispatching model of the grid connected scenery considering the cost of the system power generation and the consumption of the scenery is established.The results show that the proposed optimal scheduling model can adjust the load and energy storage to the grid connection of scenery,which not only reduces the system cost,but also improves the utilization rate of scenery.
