The main components of radial bogie driven by linear motor with complex structure and high technology are imported at present.The performance of the radial bogie is declining with the increasing operating mileage,which has affected the normal performance of the radial bogie.As a result,the normal operation of the train will be affected,and the inconvenience will be brought to the maintenance.Research on indigenous design,development,manufacture,test of radial bogie,thus replacing the imported bogie,can not only break the monopoly of imported products,but also strengthen understanding and mastery of the technology of radial bogies,improve the technical level and significantly reduce the procurement cycle and cost,so that the vehicle maintenance and repair time are controllable and the normal operation of the vehicle security needs can be ensured.In this paper,the finite element numerical simulation and line dynamics and dynamic stress tests are used to study the design and test method of radial bogie driven by linear motor used in the vehicle operating on Beijing Subway Airport Express.The structural strength and dynamic performance of the self-designed radial bogie are verified.The main work includes:(1)According to the technical condition of radial bogie used in the vehicle operating on Beijing Subway Airport Express,the finite element model of radial bogie are established,and the static strength and fatigue strength of the bogie are verified.(2)The static strength and fatigue test outline of the radial bogie are designed according to the imported radial bogies requirements and the practical requirements in line operation.The design of the test points satisfying the verification design requirements is proposed.The test results and strength simulation results are compared.(3)The dynamic simulation calculation of the self-developed radial bogies is carried out according to the relevant standards.(4)According to the dynamics and dynamic stress test,the response of dynamic stress and dynamic performance of the self-developed products were verified on the actual operation line of Beijing subway airport.(5)Combined with the results of numerical calculation and the results of the circuit test,the improvement of the radial bogie structure of subway vehicles is proposed from the aspects of strength and dynamic performance,and it will provide reference and guidance for the improvement of the radial bogie design.
