| With the increasing scarcity of social energy resources,electric traction with low energy consumption,high efficiency and high speed has become the development trend of railway in the world.Meanwhile,the electrified railway of Power frequency ac system has also begun to be widely used in Metro and urban rail transit,which has low operating cost and can utilize energy reasonably and comprehensively.The construction of double-track electrified railways provides favorable conditions for improving railway transport efficiency and social and economic benefits,but at the same time it puts forward higher requirements for the safe production in the states that high pressure electric equipment、aerial work maintenance and high-speed train.Particularly,Static electricity and electromagnetic induction generated on blackout overhead line system under the action of charged overhead line system will be a serious threat to job security when Maintenance on v-shaped skylight of the double-track electrified railway.If awareness is not enough or security measures are not in place,it is very likely to have an electric shock accident.Meanwhile,as the main power supply of electrified railway,the overhead contact system is a kind of outdoor equipment.It is often affected by wind,rain,ice,frost,and other adverse weather conditions.Furthermore,the load on the lines changes along overhead line system with the running of electric locomotive,it has natural and necessary connection with railway departments.On the newly opened lines,in the contact network reconstruct period of the existing lines and in site operation and maintenance,contact network failure has occurred many times which caused great influence to the railway operation.Therefore,by analyzing the typical personal injury accident and equipment failure occurred in maintenance operations on overhead line system,to further enhance the safety awareness and operational skills of electrical workers and make practical and feasible preventive measures,and then to improve the reliability and safety of the operation of contact networks and to reduce the impact on the train operation are the important tasks of the railway traction power supply department that.In this study,we collect and sort the fault cases occurred in the site operation and maintenance of the existing electrified railways under the jurisdiction of Lanzhou Railway Bureau and select the typical cases from overhead contact system accident,Power supply equipment failure and overhead line equipment insulator contaminant flashover fault to analyze the causes of the overhead contact system accident and some methods that unrequired in safety regulations system and technology standard.Moreover,we recommend preventive measures and put forward reasonable proposals illustrated with diagrams and words,which have certain reference value to improve the practical operation ability and strain capacity of the staff engaged in the design,construction and maintenance of the overhead line system and related technical personnel. |
