State road 318 line to Tibet to Lhasa in Tibet highway reconstruction project is Tibet"twelfth five-year" adjustment in the middle of the road traffic planning is one of the key projects.And Lin zhi(bayi town)to worker jomda segment is an important part of the project,Lin project is located in southern Tibet valley,trough from west to east from 3800 m to 2800 m above sea level.Plateau temperate sub-humid monsoon climate,microclimate is complex,there are "a shan four seasons,different weather",the characteristics of the large temperature difference between day and night.The region belongs to the high intensity seismic zone,with the location of the fracture by road,high rock brittleness,crushing,easy to form rock fall,have different degrees of influence on proposed highway.Under special geographical conditions,the construction of each link for effective quality control is related to forest highway asphalt pavement can obtain good road performance and durability of the key.How to reasonable organization construction,determine the correct construction parameters,adopt effective construction method,to avoid the project early in the process of normal use of asphalt pavement rutting,cracking and subsidence,packages and other kinds of diseases and is the purpose of this article.On this basis,this article has carried on the study of the following five aspects:1?the types and the causes of early damage of asphalt pavement.In harsh climate conditions of asphalt to aging,and the low temperature crack resistance,fatigue durability of asphalt pavement is decreased obviously.Therefore consider the local climate conditions,when construction of both high and low temperature properties of mixture,to choose the reasonable distribution and use the best oil.To minimize the extent of the early damage of asphalt roadbed quality improving.2?to strengthen the quality control of raw materials.In strict accordance with the design and construction specifications conform to the requirements of raw materials selection,design of mixture ratio.Again from the mixture mixing,paving and rolling control can guarantee the quality of the road finally.3?pavement construction process on the quality of the pavement.For each link in a harsh plateau environment including graded gravel subbase,cement stabilized gravel base,transparent glue layer and the surface of the construction of strengthening the construction monitoring,and between the asphalt surface and semi-rigid base crack laid the base fabric,used to disperse structure layer stress and prevent crack reflection at the grassroots level in the formation of asphalt compound stress absorbing layer and at the same time to form the effective waterproof layer,protect the roadbed stability,improve the pavement performance,reduce pavement damage.4?Reduce the early damage of asphalt pavement.In the construction of the high level of individual indicators is unreasonable,to consider the comprehensive intensity,comfort,safety and durability of the grassroots,the surface layer.Analyze the type of early damage and the cause,take certain measures to eliminate the hidden trouble fundamentally?5?Strengthen the construction management system.The management system,the guarantee system and the guarantee measure,the risk forecast and the prevention,the asphalt pavement is carried out in order?The research results of this paper provide a good reference for the construction of safe,effective and high-quality asphalt pavement under the similar highland environment and construction condition,and provide a good reference for the construction safety and quality?...
