This thesis mainly uses GanDing Expressway in Jiangxi province as an example to analyze the reasons of early destruction characteristics and also having a related analysis on over-standard of deflection and water damage, subsidence, washboard-pavement, all of these are based on the field survey of the major diseases section, the statistical data of length, combined with field detection, maintenance, indoor tests and other collected data.Considering that the early damage of GanDing Expressway is the water damage of Asphalt Pavement, after using 3 years the interlayer bonding capacity and structural parameters of the existing pavement are different from the new road, according to the current relevant researches both at home and abroad this paper will propose a modification of the base and rode base's module when evaluate the structural strength of Asphalt Pavement. Refer to the structural strength Evaluation Index of Asphalt Pavement at home and abroad and combined with the specific circumstances of GanDing Expressway, this thesis preliminary selected the index of the surface deflection, the tensile stress of the base and the vertical strains index of the top surface of the base to evaluate structural strength index, for which are suitable for analysis the specific circumstances of GanDing Expressway.Based on the selected strength indexes, treatment programs for three typical disease of water damage,subsidence,washboard-pavement are designed separately. In the in treatment structures, in order to drain the water in the surface or the internal structure and reduce the reflection crack of the surface, some sections use ATPB-25 as the mid-surface,at present the effect of using it is good.At last the thesis will give a discussion from the aspect of construction, how to improve the drainage in the surface or the internal structure, the bonding layer of the treatment sections, the controlling of the quality of pits are the key points of the engineering.
