In recent year, subject to the impact of various factors, such as temperature, environment, air, traffic load, these factors have resulted in the aging of asphalt pavement, asphalt pavement microfractures early failure during use. Asphalt pavement early damage s seriously affect the driving quality of the road, and shorten the useful life of road. Therefore, the asphalt pavements need urgent maintenance, preventive maintenance technology. As a preventive maintenance technology to highway pavement maintenance, fog-seal technologyhas got the advantages of highly efficient, Low consumptionand low-cost.This paper focuses on early disease asphalt pavement main characteristics of the traditional and new fog seal layer material characteristics, analyzes the mechanism of the formation of fog seal strength, as well as fog seal mechanism closed road. At the same time, this thesis also analyses the fog seal application conditions.In this paper, through the test of traditional materials and new fog-seal material parameters of technical pavement compared to explain the use of pavement maintenance materials new effects and features. Induced by thermal aging test, softening point and ductility to evaluate the asphalt before aging, aging and curing agent after adding new pavement test results were analyzed. The test results show ed that the addition of new pavement curing agent, aging asphalt three technical indicators are significantly improved, even more than some index parameters new asphalt. Through the physical engineering research, field testing, data analysis and summary, combined with other road paving experience, optimal adjustment of the construction methods to further improve the asphalt recycling fog seal layer construction technology and quality control measures.to take the appearance of contrast evaluation method and evaluation method comparing two evaluation test method of testing the implementation effect on pavement performance before and after the construction of a comprehensive evaluation, inspection fog seal technology in practical engineering application effect. The results showed that fog seal layer technology can significantly improve asphalt pavement skid resistance, texture depth and skid pendulum coefficient of friction values. After a fog seal layer technology to Pavement, permeability coefficient significantly reduced, old asphalt pavement construction in front of permeability coefficient and the coefficient of variation was relatively large, technical construction through fog seal treatment, an average reduction of high permeability coefficient reached88.39%, its structure also has depth improved, tiny cracks in the road was effectively closed, loose aggregates bonded together again, to improve the quality of roads, improve road traffic safety, extend the life of pavement.Fog seal asphalt recycling technology has important significance for popularization. Its construction is convenient, less environmental pollution, road closures short time, etc., Contrast to other conventional pavement preventive maintenance methods, the advantages are obvious. In addition, the technology is less demanding, and the use of universal, another more important cost savings, construction technology and environmental protection, saving construction materials, but without re-construction of road traffic signs and markings, road closure time is shortened, road traffic barriers economic losses caused by reduced.
