At present,China's urban rail transit is going through a golden period of rapid and accelerated change.Years of concerted efforts in construction development and operation management have borne fruits.However,the operation units mainly use even and single train plan in concrete application,which has not been greatly improved.As a matter of fact,reasonable and uneven train plan can effectively increase operating efficiency and service level.By studying AFC data,this paper presents an optimization model based on dynamic passenger flow and then designs an algorithm.From two aspects of single line and network,the proposed model and algorithm are proved through application cases.The main work in detail as follows:(1)This paper analyzes AFC data,including its transfer principle,data composition,and limitations.After field investigation,exploring the distribution rules of passengers'walking time which can not be obtained by AFC data.From two aspects of normal period and special period,space-time distribution of passenger is analyzed.(2)This paper presents an optimization model based on dynamic passenger flow for single line train plan,considering passenger travel time cost and operation cost of urban rail transit.Then a simulation method based on genetic algorithm is proposed.With application of the models,train plan can be optimization in the aspect of formation,routing and stop schedule plan according to dynamic passenger flow.The results are verified and analyzed that the model optimization can effectively reduce the comprehensive cost of the system and improve the operational efficiency.(3)Based on single line optimization train plan,an optimization model for network train plan is proposed.This paper constructs virtual simulation network and establishes the model of route choice in the network.The results are verified and analyzed that the model optimization can effectively reduce the comprehensive cost of the system and improve the operational efficiency.The simulation method is used to optimize network train plan.Finally,a simplify Beijing Metro network as an example can prove the validity and feasibility of the model.That is the model can effectively reduce the comprehensive cost of the system and improve the network operational efficiency.
