Construction Of Architectures’ Height Control System In Small Cities Based On Multi-factor Evaluation Method

Building height as the external representation of urban spatial morphology and its formation influenced by a number of factors from urban development,at the same time,the city building height rational distribution or not,urban development also plays a role in restricting or promoting.Since the reform and opening up,the city has been in the height of construction,a time skyscrapers springing up in large cities,however,smaller cities also blindly follow the trend,a large number of high-rise building construction,irrational layout and disorderly construction,on the one hand,lead to pleasant small city urban scale destruction,decreased quality of space,resulting in lack of urban characteristics,the other irrational urban spatial morphology will hinder the rational development of small cities.Under the new normal background,emphasizing the city farewell epitaxial blind expansion,focusing on rational construction within the city,focusing on small cities as the new town development,it is necessary for small city building height reasonable control,to meet the premise of urban development build economic,social and cultural characteristics appropriate to a small city spatial morphology.Firstly,in order to determine building height control for the study,a multi-factor evaluation method as the main research method,to determine the scope of the study to small cities,domestic and international research on building height controls were analyzed,analysis of the pros and cons of different methods.Secondly,the city of the 21 st century at home and abroad as well as the evolution of the building height form factors summarized.Then,to resolve small cities for contemporary urban space problem,resulting in the above form the basis of the historical process of building height of factors,combined with contemporary urban architecture highly influential factors to the operability of the premise,too contemporary urban architecture high impact factor system.Given the height of the building complex of factors,we decided to adopt a multi-factor evaluation method for small city building height control.Taking multi-factor analysis and evaluation of the idea throughout,considering many factors economic,political,cultural,ecological,social,relying on GIS technology platform,Delphi,AHP aided analysis method to construct a " the base model-Correction Model-partition control model " as the core content of the small city building height control system,and research and regulatory detailed planning phase of convergence,to ensure implementation of the outcome..Finally,in order to Zhongwei in Ningxia,for example,for the city’s own characteristics,for instance to verify the above achievements,explore workable,reasonable scientific urban building height control system,emphasized in the new normal times,the small city building height control to combine economic development,"lines",combined with local culture,"prominent feature" shaping urban development and small urban space suitable form,in order to provide a good reference for other small cities.
