In the last half a century,energy issues have significant impacted on the global economic and political development,and the gradual depletion of oil resources has became the fact that all human beings have to face.So,to achieve energy saving,the overall consumption of oil resources is a correct choice.Therefore,the research and development of low fuel consumption diesel engine has became the common research direction of all countries.Low fuel consumption is the characteristics of high pressure common rail diesel engine.In this stage,the closed-loop system of high pressure common rail diesel engine with common rail pressure and idle mode is mainly applied to conventional PID control strategy,while the conventional PID algorithm is simple and adaptable,but the operating condition of the diesel engine is complex,and it is difficult to meet the real needs of conventional PID algorithm.In this paper,the model of diesel engine is established based on the "V" model.First of all,the model of the diesel engine is divided into the cylinder system,cooling system,oil supply system and the intake system.The design and establishment of the high pressure common rail diesel engine by MATLAB/Simulink simulation software,and the physical model.Based on the analysis of the sensor,such as the pedal board,the speed,the cooling water temperature and so on,the input amount of the sensor is input,the rail pressure,the fuel injection advance angle(fuel injection time)and the fuel injection quantity.The working principle of the high pressure common rail diesel engine(ECU)model is established.In this paper,several control strategies of PID,fuzzy-PID,PIID and PII?D are introduced,and the conventional PID control strategy is improved.In idle speed model,two kinds of algorithms are off-line simulation using conventional PID control and fuzzy-PID control.The simulation results show that the fuzzy-PID control algorithm is better than the conventional PID control,which can effectively improve the performance of idle speed control system.In this paper,we use PID,PIID and PII?D three kinds of control algorithms for off-line simulation analysis.The simulation results show that the PII?D control strategy is superior to the conventional PID and PIID control strategy.Finally,the new model of high pressure common rail diesel engine is established by using the fuzzy-PID controller and PII?D controller instead of the conventional PID controller.And the new model and the original model in the test and analysis equipment(Testbasic)software in the loop simulation,the results show that the new model of the high pressure common rail diesel engine using fuzzy-PID and PII?D controller is better than the original model.
