At present,the rapid development of cold chain logistics,refrigerated trucks for improvement has become an important way to improve the quality of transport,suggesting that industry competitiveness.At present,China refrigerated trucks are still many types of low-temperature preservation,intelligent temperature and low level.Based on ZigBee technology,and considering the temperature and humidity in a refrigerated environment,the impact of carbon dioxide concentration on the transport of products to build refrigerated trucks in intelligent gas detection systems.Its main purpose is to reduce system wiring,inspection,maintenance complex,real-time,convenient,intuitive and accurate transport of refrigerated trucks to detect environmental parameters,intended to complement our current needs in the absence of refrigerated trucks.This paper describes the current research the background of refrigerated trucks,refrigerated trucks come to the absence of online real-time detection function,a variety of short-range wireless communications technology and sensor technology were compared to propose binding ZigBee wireless communication technology and COZIR sensor,architecture refrigerated trucks based on ZigBee technology in gas detection systems.This article describes the ZigBee.technology-related knowledge,focusing on the ZigBee network topology types,and related knowledge Z-Stack protocol;and on refrigerated trucks transport goods common best storage environment temperature,humidity and carbon dioxide concentration parameters are summarized provide the basis for the parameter detection system.This article is the use of one of the core chip CC2530 ZigBee wireless data transmission network constructed in hardware platform section describes the system function hardware build,design the hardware design of wireless network nodes,CC2530 chip circuit and serial conversion circuit;To improve the sensor measurements accuracy,we study the measurement environment temperature,humidity,carbon dioxide concentration measurement,the relevant impact curve fitting and found that the impact of the law,to improve the measurement accuracy of the sensor.Section describes the software functionality the ZigBee technology development software platform IAR and Z-Stack protocol,the use of Z-Stack transparent transmission ofserial data transmission function implements the ZigBee wireless network and implemented based on software programming code are described.Another core of this paper is designed to facilitate the refrigerated truck driver operation more intuitive,convenient PC,the PC has a parameter information display function,information prompts,product selection,data processing public four functions.In this part of the first PC development platform is a brief introduction,and then focuses on the serial communication between the host computer and ZigBee wireless networks to achieve functional PC and other functional modules.In this paper,the PC receives the raw data is not conducive to the identification,practice for data processing,the different parameters shown in different intervals,to facilitate the operator reads the data processing module;and for refrigerated trucks transport product categories and more features designed PC product selection module that fully take into account the combination of user-friendly operation and function of the specific needs;refrigerated trucks for the convenience of the operator to direct,timely treatment during transport bad transportation environment,design the message alert feature When a detection of environmental parameters and product standard value difference is large,it will automatically prompt the operator to carry out related operations.
