Study On Feasibility Prediction And Engineering Application Of Storey Adding In Existing Buildings

With the rapid development of engineering technology and the rapid development of the real estate industry,many old buildings have become an obstacle to economic development and social progress.For poor handling of old buildings,such as demolition and reconstruction or abandoned idle,it is likely to cause pollution and security risks to the surrounding environment,causing unnecessary losses.So in recent years,the national government and domestic and foreign designers are generally concerned about the treatment of old buildings.For increasing storey renovated in the original old building,not only can change the original architectural appearance,can also increase the use of the building,to the effect of 1+1>2,the adding layer of the economic benefits of the project is better than reconstruction in service building.Therefore,it is not only in line with the trend of the times,but also of great significance to the long-term development of China’s economy.At present,there are still no definite regulations and standards in the construction of the existing buildings,but now,the improvement of the existing buildings in our country is still in the design institute.This will cost a lot of time and money to build the party,the results may not be satisfactory.In this paper,through a large number of domestic and foreign literature,the use of the length of time through the building,the specific use of the original understanding of the building,improve the foundation bearing capacity can be increased depending on the judging layer on the frame structure and masonry structure,and can increase the number of how many of the scientific and reasonable prediction,the advantages and disadvantages of increasing layer method for each of the interpretation,and according to the demand for the reasonable selection of the reforming project and simple evaluation criteria,so that it is the construction side to save a lot of manpower and resources,increase efficiency.According to Tai’an City,a framework for increasing storey commercial building project,through the project software PKPM design and calculation of layer reconstruction scheme,using the large finite element software ANSYS dynamic modal analysis and earthquake action on the time history analysis,explores the changes of multilayer structure before and after the safety index changes and the law of earthquake.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1 A brief introduction of the background and significance of the layer by layer transformation.2 A brief overview of the status quo of the domestic and foreign research.3 The development of the theory of reliability and the process of reliability evaluation of existing building structures are explained.4 Fully explored the feasibility of increasing the layer of the transformation and the detailed introduction of the current layer by layer in the transformation of the commonly used layer by layer program technology and its applicability.5 Combined with the engineering examples of the use of PKPM PMCAD modeling and SATWE module structure internal force calculation of the original structure need additional layer modification,gain layer before the relevant data structure and relationship,and determine whether the structure is suitable and the increasing layer,layer increased the wealth of inquiry.6 According to the details of the study and the design of the working conditions of the selection of a reasonable increase in the design of the program,the structure of the layer after the remodeling analysis.7 Combined with the engineering examples of the use of the original structure of ANSYS adding layer and dynamic modal analysis and seismic time history analysis of structure layer increased after the transformation,comparative analysis of the influence of the structure of the layer increased,and how to deal with.8 The final analysis results show that the structure of the improved design has good stability and seismic performance.Therefore,the study on the prediction of the adding layer and the design of the project will have a certain reference value to the similar layer adding reconstruction project.
