| The large-scale development and utilization of renewable energy is an important way to alleviate the world fossil energy crisis and reduce environmental pollution.As a kind of clean energy with the potential of commercial development,wind power has gradually increased in recent years.In the future,the traditional thermal power generation units will be replaced by the wind turbines.Due to the stochastic power output of the wind turbine.When the proportion of wind power increased in the system,the impact of wind power fluctuation of the system frequency stability can not be ignored,the influence of fluctuation of wind power system with high permeability stroke on the system frequency,can be summed up in complex power system frequency response mechanism.It is of great significance to guarantee the stability of power system with high wind power penetration in the future.The fluctuation of wind power is different from the traditional step power disturbance and its effect on the frequency characteristic of the system depends not only on the power fluctuation amplitude but also related to the fluctuation of power frequency,under the same power fluctuation amplitude,there are differences on degree of power fluctuation of different frequencies for the frequency characteristic of the system,when the power frequency fluctuations in the vicinity of system natural frequency,the system frequency response is more intense,this article is from the system of "sensitive frequency range ",impact of wind power fluctuation on the frequency characteristics of the system.In this paper,Firstly,through the analysis on the unbalanced power system frequency response mechanism under the disturbance of power system and puts forward the concept of "sensitive frequency range",and studied the change tendency of the system increased the penetration of wind power under the condition of "sensitive frequency range ".According to the actual power system,In this paper,a sensitive frequency range recognition method considering the nonlinearity of power system is proposed,and from the "sensitive frequency range" point of view,evaluates the extent of effect of wind power fluctuations on the frequency characteristics of the system based on the wind power fluctuation data.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the example of a large power grid,and the influence of wind power fluctuation on the frequency characteristics of the power grid is evaluated.Compared to other power system frequency characteristic influence research method of wind power fluctuation,this paper through the analysis of the influence of wind power fluctuation sensitive component of wind power fluctuation on the frequency characteristics of the power system to assess the impact of wind power fluctuation on the system frequency,the research work to identify the scope of complex power system sensitive frequency,acceptance scale can ability through the evaluation system of anti sensitive power disturbance to limit wind turbines,and provide data support for the wind power fluctuation stabilize work,maintain the power system frequency stability. |
