As we all know,engineering machineries are important parts of equipment industry.With the environmental requirements more and more strict,traditional engineering machineries power system become more difficult,so hybrid power engineering machineries become more and more.Generally,bad working conditions and long working time of engineering machineries lead to occur troubles easily.The trouble of engineering machineries not only extend the time limit for a project,but also make some workers injured or dead.So,for engineering machineries,such as bulldozers,it is necessary to monitor these bulldozers.So,we developed a remote monitoring system to monitor some bulldozers and transmit information to a remote monitoring center by GPRS.It will avoid some common trouble to do like this.If we pick up the speed of the remote monitor system,skilled technicians will acquire bulldozers,operational parameters in time.There are many methods to increase speed.We can refer to some bus protocols of passenger car,such as Flexray,CAN FD,or upgrade the integral bus system hardware.We can use new CPU or transmission medium instead of the old ones.However,the expensive cost of Flexray and unreliability of CAN FD make us find a new way.The dissertation analysis the previous network topology of a certain bulldozer and refer to the CAN network topology of passenger cars to solve the speed problem.Considering the bad work environment,we research the position of every node in bulldozers and replace the nodes to improve the communication quality.According to some professional papers,the dissertation analyzes some factors about the network real-time.The reduction of network traffic is beneficial to enhancement of network real-time.The dissertation illustrate the influence of different topology of network real-time.Then,according to detailed analysis,in terms of network real-time,the double bus topology is better than the single bus topology.So,according to the fact,the related simulation software is used for simulating the behavior of the network topology at net level.The simulation object is the comparison of single CAN bus topology network traffic and double CAN bus topology network traffic.In addition,I use OPNET for modeling to simulate the information transmission between every system in the bulldozer.These preparation is good for further optimizing the topology and improving the information transmission speed of the remote monitoring system.The dissertation illustrate the knowledge about genetic algorithm and list the specific procedure about using genetic algorithm.I analyze the problem that how nodes place in the bulldozer and build related mathematical model to reduce the double CAN bus network traffic.Then the model is used for optimizing the bulldozer network topology by genetic algorithm to make sure the place of every node.At last,according to the final result,I build the experiment table to do the semi-physical simulation.Finally,the experiment result confirms the result software optimized.
