| Virtual assembly technology is one of the key technologies of virtual manufacturing.The main research contents of virtual assembly are assembly information modeling,assembly process planning and interference detection and so on.Assembly sequence planning is one of the core content of assembly process planning,which has a great effect on the efficiency and quality of product design and manufacturing,and the assembly sequence planning based on genetic algorithm is studied.In this paper,the virtual assembly technology is introduced into the research and development of medical monitor arm,which can be used to find the problem in the design phase,and the product model is modified so as to improve the efficiency of product development,reduce production costs,improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The current situation of virtual assembly at home and abroad is introduced,and the development of assembly sequence planning is summarized.The concept,classification and key technologies of virtual assembly technology are studied,and the methods of assembly path planning and assembly sequence planning are discussed.(2)Completed the design of medical monitor arm and the establishment of three-dimensional CAD model,the model is divided into layers,which can be used for assembly sequence planning,and the structure of each component is described in detail.(3)The generation of interference matrix is described in detail,and the genetic algorithm is introduced.Based on the interference matrix,using genetic algorithm to optimize the assembly sequence,the fitness function is established according to the changing times of assembly tool and the changing times of assembly direction,and the appropriate genetic operators are selected for assembly sequence planning.(4)Take medical monitor arm for example,the assembly sequence is optimized by the above method,and the feasible optimal assembly sequence is obtained.(5)Using Dassault DELMIA software to construct the virtual assembly environment,and based on the optimal assembly sequence,the assembly simulation of the medical monitor arm is carried out with disassembly method,the assembly path is planned,collision and interference detection is performed to find out the problemsin the assembly.Finally,the physical prototype of medical monitor arm is assembled to verify the rationality and feasibility of virtual assembly. |
