Intelligent Water Meter Concentration Transcription System

With the consumption of resources,the most of the oil field mining has entered the later period,in order to solve oil resources exploitation and formation pressure drop problem,usually adopt the method of injecting water injection to maintain formation pressure.At present,a lot of water injection test with the method of artificial read and recorded,not only took a huge human cost,and the data collection accuracy cannot be guaranteed.So it becomes very important automatic meter reading system.In this paper,on the basis of predecessors' research,combined with field application environment of oil field on various aspects demand,based on the camera image acquisition and wireless data transmission scheme of intelligent water meter system set to copy.Using camera photograph of mechanical water meter dial collection,through the wireless data transmission module will be after the simple processing of image data transmission to the PC ACTS as a centralized processing platform,and cooperate with the digital image character recognition algorithm for water meter the flow of data.The water meter set copy system is given to the background and current situation of the development of research,comparison and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing programs,and to make a improvement on insufficient;Second,the deduction of the digital image recognition algorithm,the algorithm and USES the MATLAB simulation,to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the algorithm;Then,copy the system hardware and software for intelligent water meter set in the design,gives a full analysis of the hardware circuit design and software programming;Finally,for the completion of design for the system of the meter reading experiment verification and recognition,respectively for meter samples were tested under different working conditions.This paper gives a set of intelligent water meter reading system can achieve 1.7 km within the scope of water meter data collection,identification accuracy of + /-0.1.The realization of the system is good copy remote water meter data set,and the concentrated meter reading network construction has made the preliminary research,for subsequent set of intelligent water meter copying technology provides a new complete solution.
