With the rapid development of economy,and further upgrading of the industrial structure,the supply side according to the demand of the reform,the reform of electric power system is advancing,the sale of electricity company marks the establishment of the electric power industry has entered a new stage of development.From the power plant to the grid,and then from the power grid to the user's accuracy of the measurement and settlement of electricity involved in the vital interests of the broad masses of the people,related to fair and impartial electricity transactions.The measurement of power enterprises in power grid electricity system on the upper part,with high voltage grade,complex technology,measurement of large amount of features,we define it as the electricity is an important juncture,power generation group and power supply companies to carry out large electricity trading business electricity node,they carry out key metrology management.The electric energy metering device system mainly includes the voltage transformer(including two kinds of electromagnetic and capacitance),the current transformer,the connection line of the system and the electric energy meter.The voltage transformer is a high voltage power grid is converted to two low access power meter,so that one of the necessary conditions for the accurate power measurement system is to ensure the accuracy of voltage transformer.With the improvement of the voltage level of the power grid,the capacitor transformer replaces the electromagnetic transformer,and becomes the main equipment of the Shandong EHV and UHV power grid metering system.This paper discusses the capacitive voltage transformer components,working principle and error mechanism,this paper introduces a capacitive transformer on site calibration work,test and analysis of influence of power frequency,environment temperature,a wiring proximity effect,two load field calibration and external electric field on the capacitor voltage transformer accurately the degree of produce,and introduced the typical case of Shandong power grid in recent years,the field calibration of capacitive transformer errors,detailed error analysis process of capacitive transformer between and solutions,provide analysis method and reference for the future work in the encounter error of capacitive transformer error problem.On the basis of the above,the paper introduces the voltage resonance boost used in the field calibration of the capacitive voltage transformer,and presents a set of complete equipment for field calibration.According to the voltage of resonant boost calibration equipment shortcomings,combined with the actual difficulties in work site and proposed a further reduction in the volume of the equipment and improve the ways to improve the degree of integration testing equipment:take an improved high-voltage test transformer,the voltage winding access adjustable reactor test and current transformer produces resonance elimination and reactive power,to reduce the load test and the booster power supply capacity,and can greatly reduce the volume of the adjustable reactor to achieve the complete set of equipment for further miniaturization,so as to improve the efficiency of verification.
