UAVs have been applied to various fields with the development of UAV technology. As the core of the UAVs,the UAV flight control system's performance is directly related to whether the UAV could complete the mission. The test of flight control system which is significant to detect the quality of them can't be neglected.Traditional test method based on actual UAVs and flight experiments always be long-period, complex and expensive. The emergence of simulation technology has opened up a new path. This paper designed and build a set of RCP simulation system relies on dSPACE for UAV flight control system. A series of simulation experiment which based on an UAV were carried out by the RCP simulation system.The dynamic mathematical differential equations of the UAV are derived byclassical method which based on the analysis of aerodynamic layout and structural parameters. The dynamic model of the UAV is built in Simulink according to the mathematical model. Then the dynamic characteristics of UAV are presented after the analysis of the UAV aerodynamics Simulink model. Based on this, the divide-characteristics were choosed and the typical operating points are selected as the simulation benchmark from the flight envelope by GK fuzzy clustering algorithm. A virtual controller model which includes the flight mission management model and the flight control law model was established in Simulink aimed at the purpose of the simulation. Finally the simulation system which integrated the virtual control model,components of flight control system and dSPACE into a closed loop according to certain topological relations is constructed. A series of simulation experiment were carried out through the simulation system at the simulation datum.The results verify the effectiveness of the RCP simulation system which based on the dSPACE. The simulation system can be used to realize the dynamic simulation of the flight control system in different flight process conveniently. The simulation data reflect the working state of UAV flight control system components in different missions accurately so that the people could make a correct assessment to the UAV flight control system performance timely.
